Do I need to pay a deposit so that I can stay at NuBeginnings France?
Yes. We require a 20% deposit of the cost of the stay. No bookings will be confirmed without the 20% deposit. The deposit confirms your place on your NuBeginnings France programme and is non refundable. We are happy to move the deposit to another week if we can fill your place. We hold extensive waiting lists for every week so it is usually easy to fill a place with another guest who would like to take part in the programme.

When do I pay the full balance for my stay?
The full balance must be paid and cleared 14 days prior to the commencement of the booked stay. Failure to do so will result in refusal onto the NuBeginnings France programme.

What happens if I need to change the date of my booking?
If it is possible for NuBeginnings France to book another guest into your place then NuBeginnings is happy to transfer your booking to a mutually acceptable alternative date without incurring any penalty. The changed booking must be within 12 months of the original booking date.

Can I extend my stay at NuBeginnings France if I wish to stay on?
As long as we have availability, then yes, we can extend your stay and programme to suit you. Payment for the extension is due upon us reserving the extra week(s) for you.

What if I need to cancel my booking?
If, for any reason, you have to cancel an agreed booking that you have paid for in full, this must be notified to NuBeginnings France in writing, and cancellation fees will apply as set out below.

Notice Given:

  • Less than 21 days - Cancellation Fee: 100%
  • 22 days - 3 months - Cancellation Fee: 50%
  • More than 3 months - Cancellation Fee: 25%

We will do whatever we can to rebook you on another course and avoid cancellation fees.

NuBeginnings is expensive - is it worth it?
YES!! NuBeginnings offers great value for money as we are offering an end to your struggle with your relationship with food. If you take part in the programme and give it 100% then, with our support when you return home, you will succeed. We only run the programme with small groups, you have lovely accommodation and personal one to one attention and support.

Nowhere else offers such an effective and comprehensive programme in such a wonderful environment.

What if there are changes to the programme timetable?
NuBeginnings offer a fixed programme which all guests are encouraged to take part in. The programme timetable is understandably subject to change at little or no notice due to weather conditions, staff availability and other circumstances which are often beyond the control of NuBeginnings.

Is my personal data protected?
Yes. We will only use the personal information you provide to us to enable us to provide the services that we offer or to inform you about similar services which we provide unless you tell us that you do not want to receive this information.

We will not pass your personal details to third parties without your express permission unless required by law to do so.

Are there any rules for all the guests at NuBeginnings France?
It is important that the needs and wellbeing of the majority of our guests are not jeopardised by any one individual. Therefore, in exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to ask a guest to leave. In particular we do not tolerate discriminatory or other inappropriate behaviour towards our staff or other guests.

If a guest is asked to leave they will be given a full refund for the remainder of their stay.

If a guest wishes to leave the programme, then they will be entitled to a full refund provided that they ask to leave by 12pm on the morning following their arrival (NuBeginnings France offers you a full no holds barred 24 hour full money back guarantee).
